St Albans, UK based WASP PFS ("WASP") announces the sale of its USA Critical Power Solutions business to Avail Infrastructure Solutions ("Avail").

WASP's Critical Power Solutions business based in Illinois, is a fast-growing provider of low voltage power distribution and switchgear technology to the US data center and renewables industries.  The acquisition expands Avail's portfolio which includes medium voltage switchgear, bus-way and acoustic enclosures, to include low voltage solutions, notably for the data center market.
