The Arts at Ascension Presents the Third Annual Sing-Along of Handel's Messiah

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. - Sept. 21, 2024 - PRLog -- Celebrate the holiday season with the third annual Messiah Sing-Along, hosted by The Arts at Ascension, on Sunday, November 24, 2024 at North Scottsdale United Methodist Church, 11735 North Scottsdale Road. Scottsdale, Arizona 85254. This festive event is a free, family-friendly afternoon of music and community spirit, where everyone is invited to sing along with some of the most beloved choruses from George Frederick Handel's Messiah.

Featuring talented soloists and choristers from The Arizona Masterworks Chorale and North Scottsdale United Methodist Church, along with the musicians of the Women's Orchestra of Arizona, this event brings together the community in the joyous sounds of the season. Whether you love to sing or simply enjoy listening to beautiful music, this is the perfect way to kick off the holidays.

Join the Sing-Along!
No rehearsal is necessary for community singers. Bring your own vocal score or download one for free from the Arizona Masterworks Choral website. Singers of all skill levels are welcome to participate in the performance of this timeless masterpiece, or you can simply sit back and enjoy the greatest Christmas oratorio ever written.

While the event is free to attend, we kindly request a $20 donation to help underwrite expenses and support The Arts at Ascension's 2024-2025 season concerts. Donations are appreciated but not required. Please sign up for free tickets in advance to help us plan for the number of attendees.
