Wattsan announces a new line of metal cutters more available for customers

SHANGHAI - Sept. 18, 2024 - PRLog -- Wattsan has been creating CNC equipment for more than 20 years and keeps on developing its machines. Each year, the company tries to come up with innovations or upgrades, and now they are ready to present a new line that would make laser technologies and new ways of processing metals more accessible for a wider range of people.

This time, two new models are going to be presented at SIGN China 2024 and the China International Industry Fair, two big events in the advertising and CNC industries, respectively.

1. The frame of those models is made out of tubes. Due to that, the whole construction has less weight. Though, it doesn't affect the stability of the machine since it's reinforced in a different way.

2. The inner parts are strengthened with fire bricks. Those can handle temperatures up to 1720 °C, and are mounted to the bed and roll-out carts, eliminating the potential for deformation.

The 1313A has one more advantage: being the smallest laser metal cutter in the line of this type of equipment at the moment, for which reason it allows productions to organize space more efficiently without losing quality.

Wattsan machines have other advantages that Wattsan engineers have embedded throughout the years. First, the aviation aluminum gantry. It provides high durability, light weight, corrosion resistance, and a high speed of movement. Second, servomotors and planetary gears. Wattsan made a choice in favor of Mitsubishi since their servomotors are widespread, extremely reliable, easily maintained, and have minimal vibration. Planetary gears are made by Nidec-Shimpo and withstand high inertia loads with fail-safe operation.

As stated, those new models are going to be presented at SIGN China from September 19 to 21 and at the CIIF Expo from September 24 to 28.
