PURPOSE:          To provide media outlets with information regarding host Pilgrim Baptist Church DC event "Tear Down These Walls: A Cross-Cultural Conversation About Christianity in America." The roundtable event will explore the evolving role of Christianity across cultural lines, fostering thoughtful and inclusive dialogue.

Moderated by Joel Limerick, Senior Pastor at Pilgrim Baptist Church, will guide the conversation, bridging divides and fostering mutual understanding.

• Michael Wear, author of The Spirit of our Politics, as he delves into the intersection of faith and political engagement.
• Elizabeth Neumann, author of Kingdom of Rage, who will address Christian extremism and pathways to peace.
• Thomas Bowen, Earl L. Harrison Minister of Social Justice at Shiloh Baptist Church of Washington, bringing insights on social justice and the church's role in advocating for equity and inclusion.
