Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Downtown Completes Renovation

The newly refreshed hotel, located at 170 4^th Avenue North is owned by BRE Hotels and Resorts (https://www.brehotels.com/) of New York and managed by Marriott International, Inc. of Bethesda, Maryland. The renovation includes new carpeting, wall vinyl, paint, and furniture in the guest rooms, new carpeting in the public areas, as well as a refurbished fitness center.
