Locsin is an experienced non-profit executive who has held multiple leadership positions at leading community organizations such as the American Cancer Society and Catholic Charities. In her current role, Locsin oversees fundraising strategy and operations, leads a high-performing team, and builds strategic alliances that drive BGCSV's initiatives and achieves its business goals. Locsin is also a volunteer with the American Cancer Society and an active member of the Rotary Club of San Jose.
