On his 13th birthday, Max receives a shock. This will be the last video he will receive from his father. Not only that, Ryan has a secret, dying wish. And it requires a mission that only Max can fulfill. "J.M. not only had a great idea for the story and characters, she was adamant that I receive writing credit for the book," said Marks, a local writer, speaker and public relations specialist. "I think the story is one that will resonate with readers of all ages. I am truly honored to be a part of this project." Marks retired as the public relations specialist in 2020, but has continued to work on scripts, books, speeches and public relations material for clients, as well as her own comedy-writing projects.
