Dimar Manufacturing Opens New 55,000-Square-Foot Facility To Expand Manufacturing Operations

BUFFALO, N.Y. - June 13, 2024 - PRLog -- Dimar Manufacturing, one of the leading metal fabricators in Western New York, has opened its third area facility with a new location at 4280 Research Parkway in Clarence, NY. The building will officially serve as the company's hub for high-volume sheet-metal-based contract manufacturing.

The new manufacturing plant will work in concert with Dimar Manufacturing's two other area facilities to offer a complete range of services, including sheet metal and tube laser cutting, forming, welding, and powder coating.

This new facility will also feature new capital equipment, including a Salvagnini P4 Panel Bender and the company's second high-volume powder coat line. The panel bender provides fast, precise, automated metal bending and is equipped with a quick-change tooling system, reducing setup times.

Dimar Manufacturing will have the ability to handle much larger panels that would typically require two or more operators, allowing for safer and more efficient processing of large panels. Dimar forms panels of various sizes and configurations, cut on their three in-house 60" x 120" laser cutters. These significant equipment additions will help the company service its customers better than ever.

The company's new powder coat line will double its current capacity. This conveyorized loop will be equipped with a multi-stage wash system, spray booths, and a curing oven. Dimar Manufacturing provides high-volume powder coating services for their OEM partners and industry partners who fabricate their own metal products in-house. With 75+ colors, the company works with all major paint manufacturers to meet customer specifications.
