As a parent of three adults, one of whom is bisexual, and a bonus mom to a trans man, Jennifer brings both professional expertise and personal passion to her work. She empowers families and allies through coaching and workshops, leveraging her master's degrees in library science and educational leadership. Jennifer is the founder of Queer Camp Fair, an initiative that connects affirming camps with families, supporting children in thriving authentically. Her mission combines professional knowledge with a deep commitment to fostering inclusivity for LGBTQ+ individuals and families. "I am honored and excited to participate in this panel! Too often people think of diversity conversations to be about one identity or another. There are so many intersections and overlaps for all of the humans we work, live, and interact with. I know we will all be able to learn a great deal from one another," said Jennifer Boudrye. "I specialize in compassionately empowering individuals to gain a deep awareness of LGBTQ+ identities. By providing specific tools and fostering transformative mindset shifts, I respectfully guide them on their journey to becoming the affirming and empathetic allies that the queer community rightfully deserves." The DEIA Round Table Series aims to foster meaningful discussions and provide actionable insights on diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace. The event is free to attend and open to the public. To register for the event, please visit https://www.eventbrite.com/ End
