WARETOWN, N.J. - May 28, 2024 - PRLog -- On Wednesday, May 8th, 2024, Hon. Martin Whitcraft, MCJ found probable cause to charge Susan Knoeller, 53, of Waretown, with theft of movable property.

Hon. Whitcraft is beloved by the residents of Washington Township for his commitment to justice and his love of the law.

Allegations of calculated actions against disabled veteran William OHanlon by his sister, Susan Knoeller, and her husband, James S. Knoeller, a former New Jersey State Police Captain, have raised questions about the handling of family affairs during a challenging period marked by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The sequence of events began as the Knoellers enlisted an attorney, despite his diagnosis with dementia, to change the father's power of attorney from son to daughter.  Knoeller, using her husband's position at the time as a NJSP Capitan, opened Powerback Rehabilitation of Moorestown which was a closed Covid-19 facility by governor mandate.

This resulted in an illegal eviction of disabled veteran William O'Hanlon and his wife, from their home in Washington Township, NJ. when pandemic emergency orders prohibited such proceedings.

The health department has opened an investigation into the events that endangered the entire senior population at Powerback. If you have had a loved one who was a resident at Powerback Rehabilitation of Moorestown, please contact:
Lavern from the NJ Health Department at: 1- 800-792-9770

As a result of the theft charge, an investigation has been opened into the financial crimes committed against Harold OHanlon and the millions stolen from his estate.  The matter is now at the Gloucester County District Attorney's office.
