FIBERSTAMP Release 800G OSFP ACC, benchmark against Nvidia!

SINGAPORE - April 18, 2024 - PRLog -- Fiberstamp's 800G OSFP DAC and ACC comply with OSFP MSA and IEEE802.3ck specifications, use 16 pairs of copper cables to support 8-channel 112GB/s two-way transmission and achieve rate backward compatibility. The product is fully compatible with NVIDIA equipment and matches NVIDIA product specifications. The 800G OSFP DAC supports up to 3m and the 800G OSFP ACC supports up to 5m, which can meet the requirements of Nvidia AI data center.
Fiberstamp releases NVIDA-compliant DAC/ACC with the following products:

800G DAC product features are as follows
  • Complies with the specifications set by IEEE P802.3ck D3.0 and OSFP MSA, QSFP112 MSA HW Rev 6.01.
  • Supports transmission up to 3m on NVIDIA devices.
  • Plug loss is less than 19.75dB@26.56GHz.
  • COM (Channel Operating Margin) is better than 3dB when 8 near-end crosstalk and 7 far-end crosstalk are superimposed,.
  • Excellent performance of Pre-FEC BER less than 1E-5, even in the test environment using commercial error detectors and MCBS.
800G ACC product features are as follows:
  • Excellent SI performance and good consistency in 44GHZ mesh.
  • Enable KP4-FEC on 800G network tester. The test meets the requirements of IEEE Auto-Negotiation and Link Training with a Post-FEC BER<1E-15 and FEC margin better than 27%. The FEC Frame Loss Ratio of the whole process was 0.
  • The Re-Driver scheme is adopted. The typical power consumption is about 2.5W and the delay is less than 20ns. Balance and SNR balance are very important, and it is far better than the Re-Timer scheme in terms of power consumption and timely delay.
