The 5,800 square foot office space on the upper floor of the two-story building at 15 West San Fernando Street, on the corner of West San Fernando Street and South First Street, will support thirty-five employees and contribute to the continued activation of the downtown core. "Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley is doing amazing work here in the Bay Area. SJDA is thrilled to welcome them to Downtown San Jose, and we look forward to collaborating with such a strong non-profit on projects that benefit the downtown communities," Ritchie Commercial real estate brokers Pat Cisneros, Julie Mercik and Alexandra Stein arranged the leasing transaction. BGCSV plans to move into the new space at the beginning of April.
