UT Event Planner Announces Speakers for Haute Mama Mother's Day Extravaganza

LEHI, Utah - March 31, 2024 - PRLog -- Kimberly Parry, local TEDx Speaker and Certified Personal Stylist, has announced the Haute Mama Mother's Day Extravaganza, a unique two-day event slated for May 8th and 9th, 2024. This event is an invitation for women to redefine beauty on their terms—and have fun doing it.

The first day of the event will take place in the Rose Room at Thanksgiving Point from 8:45 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and will include catered breakfast and lunch, inspiring sessions led by industry professionals, games and door prizes, and a musical performance by local songwriter and musician, "Iris."

The featured speakers for this event include Cheyenne Burnett, local TEDX Speaker and women's health advocate, Zachary Konecki, local photographer, and mother and daughter team, Kym Kirk and Britney Holman, who have more than 40 years of combined experience in the make-up industry.

Kimberly Parry, another local TEDx speaker and Certified Personal Stylist, is hosting the event designed to empower women to break through body image myths and unrealistic beauty standards and embrace their authentic beauty from the inside out.

When asked why she created this event, Kimberly said, "Like so many women, I spent a lot of my life going 60 miles an hour trying to do all the things until I burned myself out."

As a professional speaker and lecturer, Kimberly has shared that ignoring her intuition led to a major wake-up call when she lost her health, her marriage and her career—all in the same year.

"A lot of women are their own worst enemies and spend beat themselves up because of myths, rules, and standards we think we need to live up to," she continued. "We end up losing ourselves or, in my case, almost losing our lives in the process."
