NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CALIFORNIA –  GNOMON School of VFX, Games & Animation has secured a lease for a new state-of-the-art campus at NoHo West in North Hollywood, California. Jake Zacuto, Andrew Sinasohn and Gabe Hisem of Zacuto Group represented GNOMON in the 11 Year lease transaction.

Set to open in 2024, the sprawling campus will boast 50,000 SF of newly constructed classrooms, production, and open-air spaces within the recently completed 25-acre NoHo West retail and entertainment complex; a location surrounded by major studios, large scale production houses and entertainment industry related facilities.
