Projecting the Future of Hypersonic Weapons

ARLINGTON, Va. - Feb. 23, 2024 - PRLog -- Earlier this month the Russian federation launched the Zircon Hypersonic Cruise Missile in an attack on the Ukraine for the first time ever. Breaking this never-before-seen barrier of hypersonic weapons usage in warfare, particularly the use of this missile considering its advanced maneuverability, technical defense structure, and speed, global entities are now on high alert, anticipating the technology needed to counteract these types of weapons from a defense standpoint.

Considering this unprecedented activity in the hypersonic space, it is critical to unite government and industry leaders to rapidly plan for the advanced technology needed to not only defend against such hypersonic weapons, but to attack using even more powerful systems when required. The ACI (the American Conference Institute), is honored to host this collaborative meeting of prominent decision makers in the government, industry, and international defense space in order to facilitate expert conversations and promote collaborative efforts to reach defense goals. This National Summit on Hypersonic Weapons Systems will take place on April 25-26, 2024, at the Sheraton Reston Hotel, in Arlington, VA.
