Individually assessed on arrival guest's receive a personally tailored treatment and diet programme to restore health to the gut.

Complementing the De-Stress programme is a choice of additional packages to help tackle specific issues. Cures typically last from four to 21 nights and can be combined with medical services and diagnostics. The Park Igls team of experts in Mayr and conventional medicine is supported by therapists, physiotherapists and specialised physical trainers.

Accommodation is charged separately: single rooms from €209 pn, doubles from €404 pn (2 sharing); bookable only in conjunction with a Modern Mayr Programme, including breakfast, Innsbruck transfers, taxes and parking.
