PADT Colorado Office Moves from Littleton to Lakewood, Colorado

TEMPE, Ariz. & LAKEWOOD, Colo. - Jan. 29, 2024 - PRLog -- PADT, Inc. opened its first out-of-state office in Littleton, Colorado in 2010. Three years later, the team moved down the street to the mid-century Courthouse Building. After ten years there, it was time to move northwest to be closer to customers and employees. The Denver team found their new home in Lakewood on the fifth floor of the Union Tower building at 165 South Union Blvd. Just west of downtown Denver, this is PADT's first location in a high-rise building.

Headquartered in the Arizona State University Research Park in Tempe, Arizona, PADT also has offices in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Torrance, California. Along with the Denver Metro location, these offices provide a workplace for local salespeople, technicians, and engineers, as well as a venue for training classes or meetings with customers. They also serve as temporary offices for employees visiting those locations from Arizona. PADT employees in Utah, Idaho, and Texas support customers out of their homes.

"We loved being in downtown Littleton. It was such a great location," commented Ward Rand, PADT Co-Founder and Principal. "But as our team and customers shifted further north in the metro area, it came time to upgrade to a more modern facility that was more convenient for everyone." As PADT grows its team along the Front Range, this facility has room for new employees, and the modern amenities will allow customers and employees to be more productive.
