PRLog -- On January 16, members and supporters of the Southern Ocean County Chamber of Commerce braved the first snow in several years to gather for the 110th Annual Chamber Breakfast at the Mainland in Manahawkin. The area's largest business meeting of the year, attendees networked and heard from a list of distinguished speakers including Ocean County Commissioner Frank Sadeghi, who was recently sworn in to a three year term; Ocean County Business & Tourism Director Sandra Lazzaro. Stafford Township Borough Administrator Matthew von der Hayden and District 9 Assemblyman Brian Rumpf addressed the group as well as presented proclamations recognizing the organization founding in 1914.
Lori Pepenella, CEO introduced the chamber's 49th President Mr Jerry Thompson of the VanDyk Group, thanking past and current board of directors for their volunteerism and leadership.
