PRLog -- Trey Brungardt, Head of Finance, announced that SavAlex Homes, LLC ("SavAlex") entered into a definitive agreement to purchase more residential lots in Charlotte's Grier Heights / Elizabeth Acres area. "This community is distinctively located within Charlotte. Residents in this area are literally minutes from the many amenities; education, art, culture, sporting events, shopping, dining, public transit, health care and more that the Queen City's Uptown has to offer."
Mr. Brungardt further remarked, "this marks our third (3
rd) acquisition of residential lots in this neighborhood in 2023. Despite the recent rise in mortgage borrowing costs, the demand for housing in this community continues to rise and we understand that Charlotte has an overarching need for more housing supply. By acquiring more residential lots in a concentrated fashion, it allows us to more timely build homes for Charlotte, a mission we are passionate about executing!"
SavAlex continues to acquire property and build more needed homes in some of Charlotte's fastest growing areas including: Biddleville, Druid Hills, NoDa, Grier Heights / Elizabeth Acres, Lower South End (LoSo), Monroe-Rama Woods (MoRa), Washington Heights and West Charlotte.
