| ![]() Make A Difference for Parents of Multiples; Join Our Stay Connected CampaignBy: Multiples of America Multiples of America helps build these connections for parents of multiples across the nation, and we're celebrating them this fall through a campaign that asks donors to make an impact, possibly change a life - by helping Multiples of America "Stay Connected." Local clubs provide these vital connections for members of Multiples of America. They are the go-to place for parents looking for answers on how to calm two crying babies. They are a source for support when questions arise about potty training, bedtime routines, or driver's training for two, three, or more. Some of our members explain that connection best: When I went to my first club meeting and said I was expecting, everyone clapped and cheered. This was much more positive than any other reaction to date, so I knew these were my people! Jill Heink, Bluegrass Parents of Twins & Multiples Club (KY) I was introduced to a local club by a delivery nurse while in labor. I was able to establish support and friends that have spanned 22 years. Chiquitta Nash, Flamingo MOMs (FL) The extra bonus is the friendships that have been made that are lifelong connections with many across our nation. Pam Krell, Glass City MOMs (OH) Local clubs don't have to do it all alone. Multiples of America supports their work. The national organization connects members with individualized support in areas, such as special needs, single parenting, higher order multiples and more. The national organization provides information and resources to address areas unique to multiple parenting, including needs of expectant parents of multiples and classroom placement of multiple birth children. We also share results of research in areas related to raising multiples. The Stay Connected campaign helps fund the work of Multiples of America in cities across the nation and online. The campaign runs Nov. 14-30. Donations during that time can be targeted toward specific giving needs or offered as a general donation. The target goal for donations from the campaign is $3,000, and an anonymous donor will match each donation up to that $3,000 goal. So every dollar given is multiplied! Read more about the campaign and the giving levels on the Multiples of America website at: https://multiplesofamerica.org/ Multiples of America is a 501 (c)(3), non-profit organization, with over 140 local clubs nationwide, representing nearly 6,000 members. The organization is primarily funded by member dues, donations and grants. End
