Jason Young, 3Up Metal Works President, Earns Second Consecutive Wisconsin Titan 100 Award

MILWAUKEE - Oct. 17, 2023 - PRLog -- Jason Young, President of 3Up Metal Works, has been named a 2024 Wisconsin Titan 100 by Titan CEO and its program headline sponsor, Wipfli LLP.

The honor is a repeat recognition for Young, who was named a 2023 Wisconsin Titan 100 in the program's first year in the Badger State. The Titan 100 program recognizes Wisconsin's top 100 CEOs and C-level executives.

Titan 100 honorees represent the area's most accomplished business leaders in their industry, based on criteria covering exceptional leadership, vision and passion. Collectively the 2024 Wisconsin Titan 100 and their companies employ more than 148,000 individuals and generate $76 billion in annual revenues.

Young has led 3Up Metal Works, a custom metal fabrication company, since December 2020. Specializing in products such as stairs, ladders, platforms and safety guarding, the company has experienced substantial growth each year in work orders and revenue. Its success led to Young receiving awards from the Milwaukee Business Journal, BizTimes Milwaukee and The Daily Reporter.

Prior to embarking on his journey of business ownership, Young worked 12 years in managerial roles at companies in manufacturing, construction equipment, product distribution and roofing.

He earlier served five years in the U.S. Marine Corps and seven years in the Wisconsin Army National Guard. His military service included a tour in Iraq. After purchasing his metal fabrication company, Young rebranded it as 3Up Metal Works in homage to his time in uniform.
