Phone, Tablet, Laptop And Gadget Repair Technician In Oxford, UK

We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Phone, Tablet, Laptop And Gadget, Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Hardware and Software and the ability to diagnose and repair circuit board-level problems. The technician will be responsible for repairing laptops and ensuring that they are in good working order. A Minimum of 5-7 years experience Replacing Screens on smartphones and tablets either through work directly or for friends and family specifically it would be helpful to have experience already in repairing iPhones, Samsung and Google phones, iPads, MacBooks Gadgets etc.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and Repair Phone, Tablet, Laptop, Drone, hardware, and software issues on a chip level basis
• Test and verify the functionality of repaired Phone, Tablet, laptops And Drone
• Keep detailed records of repairs and maintenance activities
• Best Provide technical support to customers and franchisees
• Stay current with industry developments and emerging technologies
• Configure, Installs, and Supports Apple MacBook/iMac, PCs Laptop, handheld Devices, Printers, monitors, portable data storage devices, and other general peripherals
• Diagnoses Hardware and Software failures communicate the remediation Plans to Users and Provide Status Updates
• Knowledge of different types of Gadget Repair
• Replace Damaged Or Malfunctioning Components such as Screens, Batteries, Charging Ports, Apple Home Button, And Software Fix
• Focusing on customer delight, taking great satisfaction as you rebuild not only computers but also relationships with customers
• Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission
• Good Communication Skills to interact with UK Customers

Job Requirements:

• Extensive Experience Repairing Phones and laptops on a chip-level basis
• Computer tech background, Ideally with Apple hardware and software (iPhone/Mac)
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software components
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Experience interacting with customers in person and on the phone
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
