Holy Grounds Coffee House, a bi-monthly presentation of First Fridays in Cranbury, will host contemporary Christian music trio: AlterLife, featuring Christian recording artist Dez Childs. It will be a powerful night of incredible harmonies and musicianship filled with both original music and familiar classics designed to touch your heart and inspire your soul. Doors will open at 6:30 pm and the music kicks off at 7:00. AlterLife is an acoustic trio from Gloucester County, New Jersey. AlterLife's unique brand of entertainment fuses singer-songwriter and blended vocals with acoustic based instruments. "We try to make the worship experience jovial and exciting," says vocalist, guitarist and pianist, Dez Childs, who, along with Ryan Offenbacker on acoustic and electric guitar and Chad Ogren on piano and vocals, make up AlterLife. "We're three friends who got together in 2019," says Dez, whose solo career includes the Kindred Music Awards "Best Contemporary Female Vocalist" award for 2023. Dez is also a prolific songwriter and recording artist.
