Savings Bank of Danbury's Mortgage Officer to Host First Time Homebuyer's Seminar in Spanish

DANBURY, Conn. - Sept. 19, 2023 - PRLog -- The Savings Bank of Danbury will host a First Time Home Buyer's Seminar on Thursday, September 28, 2023 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Latinos for Educational Advocacy and Diversity (LEAD) Community Center, 358 Main Street in Danbury, CT. The seminar will be presented in Spanish.

The event is free and open to the public. The event presenter will be Yadiry Rodriguez, Savings Bank of Danbury, Mortgage Originator. Topics discussed will include programs available for first time homebuyers, how much is needed for downpayment and closing expenses, and how to get started with pre-approval. Individuals may RSVP by email at marketing@sbdanbury.com or on Eventbrite. All attendees will receive $500 off the closing costs for first time homebuyer purchase.
