Merrick Bank, CardWorks & CardWorks Services Sued for Fraud and Violations of Credit Laws

Merrick Bank LLC , a  Division of CardWorks LLC as a predatory credit card issuer based in New York State and an PO Box in Utah is being sued by an American Consumer for violating several Federal Rules and Laws that pertains to Credit Fraud and more. The Consumer applied for a Merrick Bank Credit Card that advertises "shall improve your credit" when really it "destroys your Credit". The Consumer made very timely payments "until his legal learned Merrick Bank was a predatory credit card issuer and was advised to immediately stop any an all payments to the Defendant Merrick Bank LLC. Consumer did follow said legal advise and informed Defendant Merrick Bank LLC of such information.  Consumer requested after three formal written requests to payoff the predatory account to remove from the Plaintiff's Credit Reports three times in writing. Defendant, Merrick Bank LLC , CardWorks refused as to state" This Remains On Your Credit Reports for Seven (7) Years" ....Parent Company, CardWorks, CardWorks Services Legal has refused to communicate as Legal for Merrick Bank as refused to communicate prior to Service of Legal Action.

Consumer has tried to buy a Home and has been denied several times because of the Predatory Tactics of Merrick Bank LLC upon said Consumer, ( Plaintiff). Consumer is suing for Compensatory Damages, Punitive Damages, Emotional Distress, Loss of Home Ownership and Violations of Several Federal and State Laws by Defendant Merrick Bank LLC. Consumer's  Credit has been destroyed by the Defendant's, Consumer under the Rules of Federal Civil Procedures shall execute said Rights against Defendant's. America's Pro Se LLC shall assist Plaintiff. Many Consumers have been damaged by the Defendant's this case shall address said issue. Consumer requested formally that Merrick Bank LLC remove the balance of $1,819.00 $443.00 are all fees imposed predatory for a Consumer closed account, which Defendant again refused upon Consumer Plaintiff. Plaintiff will consider a Class Action to help others that have been violated by Merrick Bank LLC and CardWorks LLC. Defendant's have been served a Legal Courtesy email Service of Complaint on August 13, 2023.
