MedHQ Announces Participation in the American Heart Association Heart Walk

CHICAGO - Aug. 17, 2023 - PRLog -- MedHQ, a leading provider of technology-enabled expert services to hospitals, outpatient clinics, physician groups, and ambulatory surgery centers, announces its participation in the American Heart Association Heart Walk taking place Friday, September 22, 2023, at Soldier Field in Chicago.

MedHQ is proud to partner with the American Heart Association (AHA) to raise money for heart disease research. MedHQ has set a fundraising goal of $40,000 and will be matching all donations made through the company donation page.

"Cardiovascular disease occurs every 39 seconds and is the number one killer of all Americans. As an extension of their participation in the Heart Walk, MedHQ launched the Heart of the Business program in 2019, focusing on the importance of mental and physical health within an organization. Fundraising for the Heart Walk is a key component of the program's goals each year.
