CBS 46th Jewish Food Faire is here!

SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Aug. 4, 2023 - PRLog -- In 1978, a group of CBS members thought celebrating traditional Jewish food with the greater Sacramento community would be a great venture. Some 46 years later, the Food Faire is where we continue to celebrate Jewish cuisine, culture, and community connections. This family-friendly community event features delicious, traditional foods and hard-to-find specialty items. Orders must be placed by August 27th and pick up on September 10th at Congregation Beth Shalom.

Traditional and Specialty Foods
Corned Beef and Pastrami Sandwiches; Chopped Liver, Bagels and Lox; Cabbage Rolls; Bubbe's Chicken Noodle Soup; Blintzes; Pickles, and more!

Homemade and Imported Baked Goods

Sour Cream Coffee Cakes, Apple Cakes, Rugelah, Hamentashen, Strudel, Macaroons, and much more!

Specialty bread, such as Challah, several varieties of Bagels, Babka, and more can be found only at the Jewish Food Faire.

2022 has most certainly been a year of recovery for all of us. We are holding a hybrid Food Faire in person and online for 2023.
