PRLog -- There are often cases where the user does complain about the state of their email account. Here we have seen a case where a user is not able to find the sent email in the Sent folder. Whenever we compose an email and send it to another user, it will be saved in a particular folder, here in the Sent folder. But due to some reason, users are not able to locate the sent email.
In such cases, there are several things that the user can do to fix the problem. Kindly follow the points given below.
- On rare occasions, emails may be caught in the outbox and not synced properly with the Sent folder. To fix this, try manually syncing your email by clicking "Send/Receive" in your email client.
- Folder settings: It's possible that you changed your Sent folder's settings, which will cause emails to be delivered to another location or not be saved at all. To verify your folder settings, navigate to the "Settings" or "Options" menu in your email client and look for the "Folder Settings" or "Account Settings" option.
- Emails may occasionally not be correctly saved to the server as a result of server difficulties. Get help from BigPond customer service if you think this is the case.
