RAD Appoints Avi Levin as Chief Financial Officer
As CFO, Avi Levin is a member of the company's senior management team and is responsible for all its financial activity. Avi is a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in finance and business strategy.
Avi started his career at PwC and then held corporate finance positions in New York at Broadridge, at International Seaways, and at Credit Suisse as associate investment banker. Later, Avi had served as CFO for both public and private companies.
"I am thrilled to join RAD at such an exciting time in the company's history," Levin said. "RAD has a strong reputation for innovation and I look forward to working with the team to drive growth and create value for our shareholders."
"We are excited to have Avi join our executive team as our new CFO," said RAD President and CEO, Udy Kashkash. "His deep financial expertise and operational excellence will be invaluable as we continue to execute on our strategic initiatives"
Avi is a CPA in both the United States and Israel. He holds a BA in Economics and Accounting from the Ben Gurion University in Israel, and an MBA from the New York University Stern School of Business.
Levin replaces Nitza Lifshitz, who has retired after serving as RAD's CFO for 15 years. "During Nitza's tenure, she helped build an excellent finance and accounting team in Israel and abroad," said Kashkash. "Her astute financial acumen, strategic insights, and unwavering commitment to excellence have played a vital role in the achievements of RAD, as well as of other member companies of the RAD Group."
