The company can now provide tracking tickets to its customers to track their goods in real-time, resulting in significant time savings and increased customer satisfaction. The CRMs' tracking tickets made it easier for customers to stay informed about the status of their goods without having to call for updates.

By combining features such as Frotcom's Mobile workforce management, Integrated navigation system, and GPS trailer and asset tracking, the company can now better monitor all fleet vehicles and their transported goods and maintain effective communication with drivers. Furthermore, with the Automatic driver identification system, the company overcame one of its main objectives: identify the drivers driving the vehicles in its fleet in real-time and monitor their working hours.
