Angie Wong, former president of Legacy PAC and former consulting firm partner, in what appears to have been an attempt to prevent verified press pertaining to her own legal troubles from being published maliciously interfered with the business activities of both the PR media firm and L-Strategies. Wong Apparently was unaware the partners would automatically receive her email via forwarding from the L-Strategies website. Under Georgia Law OCGA 16-7-23 A.A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she intentionally damages any property of another without consent of that other person and the damage there to is $500.00 or less. (The cost of the release was $500) "Property of another" refers to either personal property or real property. Interference with business activities can likewise be considered trespass. B.A person commits the offense of criminal trespass when he or she knowingly and maliciously interferes with the possession or use of the property of another person without consent of that person. Jones v. State, 291 Ga. App. 296, 661 S.E.2d 651 (2008). Intent alone is enough for arrest. Investigator Patrick Collis will be submitting this report to the Coweta County District Attorney.
