Both Julie and Lema's passion to educate people to bring about change to the planet is something they strongly believe in. About Julie and Lema: Julie Meates is a New Zealand-born humanitarian endeavoring to bring more peace, kindness, and love into our world. Julie has a passion for education and health starting her early career as a teacher. She has also qualified as a social worker, counselor and is now a barrister and solicitor. In 2002, she was the co-founder of the Fulfil A Dream Foundation with a vision of strong and happy families, strong and vibrant communities. Julie is a 4-time Best-Selling Author. She has co-authored Pay It Forward with Brian Tracy, Success, The Soul of Success Vol 3 and Turning Point with Jack Canfield (creator of Chicken Soup for the Soul series) that feature Lema Shamamba. All proceeds of these books are being donated to a variety of causes, including nonprofits that are leading the way to end human trafficking and modern-day slavery among other things. Julie is also a Producer on The Truth About Reading documentary with DNAFilms, the Dickie V documentary, It's Happening Right Here and Tactical Empathy. She has been involved over the years with Women's Refuge and several other NGO/charitable institute non-governmental organizations – COGS (Community Organization Grants Scheme). She was vice president of International Community Organization (Wairarapa International Communities Incorporated) Lema is an artist, a documentary filmmaker, an international speaker, a teacher, and also the founder of Women of Hope.
