Vryhof's practice is concentrated in estate planning, trust and estate litigation, charitable planning, foundation and nonprofit organizations, business succession planning, and international estate planning. He is a Fellow and a past State Chair of the American College of Trust & Estate Counsel (ACTEC). He is also recognized as a Certified Specialist in Tax Law and a Certified Specialist in Estate and Trust Law by the State Bar of Arizona.

Tighe has a varied commercial litigation practice and assists clients in resolving complex disputes through trial, alternative dispute resolution, and on appeal. Patrick has experience in many types of business disputes, including real estate and construction litigation, employment litigation, appellate law, business tort and corporate governance litigation, class action, internal investigations, civil rights and constitutional litigation, replevin, and judgment enforcement. In his appellate practice, Patrick has argued before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
