Culture Change Firm Senscient Acquires Leadership Development Company, Culturology

PHILADELPHIA - May 31, 2023 - PRLog -- Senscient Global, a US-based culture and change consulting firm announced the acquisition of Chester Springs-based leadership development training company, Culturology.

Founded in 2018 by Jennifer Ayers, Senscient is a certified women-owned consulting firm that guides purpose-driven organizational leaders through the high-stakes challenges they are facing in today's workplace. Specifically, building a positive culture, thoughtful leadership, and an employee experience that results in a cohesive culture, employee attraction and retention, and organizational growth.

Senscient has a successful track record in helping clients shift from merely managing change to becoming fluent in change and intentional culture shaping.
