FDR Training Announces Highlighted Sessions for 2023 Event in Orlando

These highlighted sessions will assist federal practitioners in addressing their most crucial federal workplace challenges while also preparing them for future challenges.

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. - May 23, 2023 - PRLog -- FDR Training, the nation's leading federal civil service law training event attracting decision-makers from nearly every federal agency, announced five highlighted sessions and additional program features for the in-person event taking place August 7 - 10 at the Caribe Royale Orlando in Florida.

The FDR Training 2023 program features more than 75 workshops and sessions including:

  • Brave New World: Ensuring EEO and DEIA Remain Relevant in a Changing Work Environment – This interactive session will explore strategies to adapt EEO and DEIA programs to the evolving federal work environment, as well as ways to ensure that leaders and other stakeholders remain engaged in accomplishing program goals and objectives.
  • Workforce Successes From COVID Flexibilities: Increased Workforce Representation for People With Disabilities – This session will outline the strategies that can be used to increase disability employment and retention, focusing on continued workplace flexibility, employee satisfaction, and best practices.
  • Taking Performance Action in 2023 – And Beyond – HR expert Barbara Haga will assist HR staffers and agency counsel in determining the best course of action to take to deal with an employee who is performing unacceptably.
