Snell & Wilmer Welcomes Attorney Rachael E. Clark to Seattle Office

Clark joins the bankruptcy and reorganization practice group. Her practice focuses on bankruptcy, receiverships, and commercial litigation matters. In her bankruptcy and receivership practice, she represents creditors, buyers and investors, official committees, receivers, and trustees. She also has experience with matters involving state and federal constitutional law.

Prior to joining Snell & Wilmer, Clark was an associate at Hillis Clark Martin & Peterson P.S. She also was a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Barbara A. Mack of the King County Superior Court. Clark received her J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and her B.A. from the University of Washington.

Clark joins our team of lawyers in the Pacific Northwest who advise clients on a wide range of legal issues, including appellate law, bankruptcy and restructuring, commercial and public finance, commercial litigation, constitutional litigation, corporate and securities, estate and wealth planning, First Amendment and defamation guidance and litigation, real estate, and state and local taxes.
