YMA Wealth Management Group Launches "Buy Back Spartanburg"

SPARTANBURG, S.C. - May 11, 2023 - PRLog -- Partnering with Oak & Ave Property Group, Spartanburg Housing, and The City of Spartanburg, the program will assist low-income families, elderly, and the disabled to afford decent, safe, and sanitary housing. The program will also focus on providing stages of financial understanding and training, and asset building through homeownership.

"Our Buy Back Program is community-focused, providing our clients with the tools they need to improve their financial literacy, credit standing, and budgeting capability. The program will deliver a range of services, including buyer financial literacy case managers, single-family home construction, credit restoration, marketing campaigns and community engagement, site development management, buyer down payment assistance guidance, and liaising with lending partners for pre-approval.

"We want to create an opportunity for our community members to become eligible for homeownership," added Wallace. "Our goal is to teach community members the power of equity and become equitable members. We want to help them become progressive in a growing city."

The Buy Back Spartanburg program is expected to combat economic blight in Spartanburg County by providing community representation and assisting with buyer vetting for move-in readiness on constructed housing.
