ANKO researched and developed our "EMP-900 Empanada Making Machine," combining the advantages of the two existing mechanisms, creating a machine that can make Empanadas with a high oil content dough, up to 75% water and oil mixture. It is adaptable to a wide variety of pastry dough, and the unique filling system can process minced beef, whole green peas, and corn kernels without the ingredients being crushed or smashed. These Empanadas are then deep-fried into a golden and crispy product with a light and airy texture just as they were handmade. This immediately created great market interest in ANKO's machine upon its launch.
