AJS Realty's Hamish Williams named CoStar Power Broker

NAPLES, Fla. - May 5, 2023 - PRLog -- Hamish Williams, senior vice president of sales and leasing at AJS Realty Group, earned the 2022 CoStar Power Broker Award for producing among the highest transaction volumes in Southwest Florida.

Williams, who specializes in health care, office, industrial, retail and hospitality sales and leasing, has nearly three decades of experience in commercial real estate.

CoStar Group is a leading provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces. Its annual Power Broker Awards honor real estate professionals and firms based on self-reported transaction volume conducted within their respective markets. Williams was honored in the Top Office Leasing Brokers category.

Prior to joining AJS Realty, Williams was a real estate broker and executive-level leader at two Naples-based firms. He also worked for international real estate firms in Hungary, focusing on office, industrial, hotels and leisure properties.

Williams earned a Bachelor of Science degree in international studies from The Ohio State University.

Williams is the second AJS Realty team member to be honored by CoStar. Andrew Saluan, owner and managing broker, also is a past recipient of the Power Broker Award for his performance as a top sales broker.
