Toronto-based Proptech, Landslo Closes $500K Equity Round

TORONTO - May 3, 2023 - PRLog -- FutureSight is thrilled to announce that our portfolio company, Landslo, has closed $500,000 in new funding from a stellar lineup of successful serial entrepreneurs and Canadian family offices.

Landslo is an AI-powered sales outreach platform delivering a remarkable 4 times the conversion in real estate & financial services than incumbents at a fraction of the cost. Led by CEO Jason Gamblen, former co-founder of Innerspace, they are committed to tackling the industry's longstanding sub 2% lead conversion issue caused by the industry's historic reliance on cold calling and constant solicitation.

One of Landslo's investors, a prominent Toronto-based proptech serial entrepreneur said, "I am excited by the disruptive potential this can have on the financial services industry. In their short time since launch, Landslo has already made impressive strides, gaining access to nearly 8% of the US mortgage market and 16,000 agents. The company's client roster includes prominent US-based customers such as Nation's Info, Suited Connector, and United Real Estate.
