Magnolia's Street Food Expanding Brand with Grand Opening of Magnolia's Kitchen

ESCALANTE, Utah - May 4, 2023 - PRLog -- The small adventure hub of Escalante, Utah is excited to add Magnolia's Kitchen as the newest breakfast and lunch dining option for both locals and the many tourists that travel through the area each season.

Owners Haylee and Garin Apperson are the current purveyors of the popular Magnolia's Street Food located in Boulder, Utah. You can find their bright blue school bus turned food truck permanently parked at Anasazi State Park, a 40-minute drive from Escalante.

Last year, the couple moved from Boulder to Escalante when they purchased the Canyon's Bed and Breakfast, which they have rebranded to The Loubird Inn, a hip, comfortable overnight accommodation for adventurous tourists.

A new opportunity appeared to the business-savvy couple when a local restaurant, Ranch Dog Kitchen was looking for a change of pace and new ownership. They did not hesitate at the chance to expand their brand and bring a taste of Magnolia's to Escalante. "Brick and Mortar has always been the practical next step for our brand," says Haylee Apperson, co-owner of Magnolia's Kitchen.

Moreover, their boutique hotel, The Loubird Inn, is right across the street. This ideal location offers their hotel guests the opportunity to dine at Magnolia's Kitchen for breakfast and lunch at a discounted rate. "Guests can walk a block from the Inn to enjoy breakfast and/or lunch during their stay with us at The Loubird Inn," Haylee adds.

As Magnolia's Street Food is known for its fresh, Latin-inspired, and locally sourced fare, Magnolia's Kitchen will have a similar ethos but instead will offer an innovative French twist. Magnolia's Kitchen will take a modern approach to favorite dishes by adding new flavors and sourcing local ingredients.

The restaurant will be open for breakfast and lunch and guests will love the vibe of an original all-brick pioneer house, right off the main thoroughfare of Highway 12. There's cozy seating inside, as well as al-fresco dining with plenty of shade. Magnolia's Kitchen will offer daily and weekly specials and live music performances throughout the week.
