PRLog -- Qualis Corporation is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. David (Dave) Morton to Director, Missile Defense Systems. Dave will oversee the daily activities of Qualis professionals supporting Space Development and Missile Defense Agencies (SDA and MDA, respectively)
, whose duties span a variety of test and evaluation, computer system and network administration, cyber, and system acquisition activities. Dave will also support corporate strategy and business development. Senior Vice President Carlos Kingston had this to say; "Dave has all the right experience and the right leadership attributes to lead and manage this critical work for Qualis and for our Nation. Having spent many years supporting Space and Missile testing as a former MDA employee, he understands our customer needs and has a passion for this work." Prior to joining Qualis in July 2022, Dave was MDA Mission Director and co-creator of Exercise Formidable Shield and was responsible for European Aegis BMD flight test activities with NATO to include flight and HWIL testing with international partners; international test and interoperability engineering;
oversight for the International test program; and the development and validation of international test strategies involving the Aegis Weapons System (AWS).
