GEO Jobe Announces a Promotion for Tiffany Brown

GULFPORT, Miss. - April 27, 2023 - PRLog -- Tiffany Brown will now be the Director of Operations. This is her second promotion since starting at GEO Jobe three years ago. She began as an Administrative Assistant and soon moved into the position of Vendor Relations. Tiffany became the perfect choice for the position of Director of Operations, which recently opened as a result of GEO Jobe's continued growth. Since joining the company, Tiffany has received her aPHR (Associate Professional in Human Resources) Certification and is currently working on her PHR certification. She has taken on more responsibility by expanding her role to include involvement with the accounting team and has taken an active role in human resources, specifically with onboarding new hires and managing insurance.

In Tiffany's new role as Director of Operations, she will be responsible for the leadership and guidance of several departments within GEO Jobe. These departments include accounting, project management, marketing, vendor relations, human resources, and executive administration. Members of these teams will report directly to Tiffany, where they will work together to ensure the successful operation of GEO Jobe as a company. Tiffany will be working with Danny Menikheim, Vice President of Operations, who will be providing strategic guidance for these departments.
