HOUSTON - April 19, 2023 - PRLog -- Colliers is pleased to announce the purchase of a ±101,362 square foot industrial distribution facility located at 6903 West Sam Houston Parkway North in Houston, Texas. The seller, Lone Star Electric, was represented by Nick Peterson and John Ferruzzo. Zack Taylor of Colliers represented the buyer, Golee Group, in the transaction.
