"I believe I've found the key to becoming the master of my reality. For me, it's based on daily disciplines. I started practicing four specific disciplines a few years ago to find a way to master my mind. Every morning, without fail, I'll do a quick workout to get the blood moving and then I'll close my eyes and simply observe the energy moving through my body while breathing very deeply for a few minutes. After that, I'll stay in my 'inner world" and visualize my ultimate goal achieved. I have the specific image, thoughts, feelings, and body sensations of being on the Grammy Awards stage receiving mine. I've been doing this every single day for over three years and quite honestly all the elements are getting stronger and clearer each time I do it. The interesting thing is that all of the people and organizations that I need to make this dream a reality just keep showing up now. It's truly miraculous! The final daily step I take is to open my eyes and just become aware of a message I could share with the world through social media to possibly inspire or uplift others. This really strengthens my connection to my instinct and intuition, which I believe is our ultimate human superpower."
