Morning, afternoon and evening shifts are available. The morning shift begins at 7:00 a.m. and the evening shift ends at 10:00 p.m. Volunteers will receive a Wild Oaks t-shirt, water and light snacks. Before or after their shift, volunteers can enjoy the festival. "Volunteer help is greatly appreciated. We need assistance setting up the site, collecting entry tickets, directing onsite parking, supporting security, checking IDs, helping with vendor check-ins and where needed throughout the day," says Mary-Catherine McBride, Wild Oaks co-chair. Artists performing at the festival include Craig Morgan, Chayce Beckham, Cam, Justin Honsinger, Teddy Robb and Chris Johnson and the Hollywood Hillbillies. Jodi Maas will lead line dancing and line dance lessons. The festival features DJ Paul "Sweet P" Flannery and Josh Kelley. Dave Daniels, the morning show host on KHAY, is the MC. Festival goers can sample hot sauces from around the world and select their favorites at the Old Boney Mountain Foundation's Hot Sumer Night People's Choice Best Hot Sauce competition. A Kids Korral with children's activities will be onsite hosted by the Southeast Ventura County YMCA. Sponsored by the Rotary Club of Westlake Village, net proceeds from the festival go to local and global nonprofits including those that support military veterans and human trafficking prevention.
