Atlanta Pastors Release Book Showing Prayer Can Be Simple

ATLANTA - April 3, 2023 - PRLog -- Two Atlanta-area pastors are on a mission to take the complication out of prayer. Dr.Alexander and Dr.Angela Ikomoni, authors of Casual But Effective Prayers (CBEP), are dispelling the myth that prayer requires skill or complexity.

"In this book, we show you how to take the most simple things and make them into prayers," said author Dr.Alexander Ikomoni. "On a rainy day, you can say 'Father, as this rain is falling, let your blessings, favor, peace, and joy fall on me."

According to PEW Research, nearly 34% of millennials hardly ever pray. CBEP teaches readers how everyday things can be turned into efficient and effective prayers. Published through Trilogy Christian Publishing, a subsidiary of TBN, the Ikomoni's wrote CBEP as a part of their mission spread this message and strengthen prayer worldwide.

"A lot of people are intimidated by prayers. Praying should not be difficult. It's not about eloquence and repetition of words. It should be as easy as opening your doors or window blinds. Your prayers can be casual and still effective," said co-author Dr.Angela Ikomoni.

About the pastors: Dr. Alexander and Dr. Angela Ikomoni are pastors and community leaders. Founders of White Dove Church of God, the Ikomoni's have been in ministry for more than 20 years.
