Darren McCarty Says Canucks fans will love Hronek, and talks about the brawl on the anniversary

COQUITLAM, British Columbia - March 18, 2023 - PRLog -- Former NHL tough guy Darren McCarty joined the Vancouver Podcast I Only Touch Greatness for the second time. In this interview he talks newly acquired Vancouver Canucks Filip Hronek and how the Canucks fans are going to love having him on the team.

With the Anniversary looming of the infamous Brawl, Darren McCarty stopped by to talk about the night that led up to the brawl. The night that Claude Lemieux hit his friend and teammate Kris Draper from behind into the boards. He tells the story about telling Draper that he is going to handle it apron checking Kris out of the hospital. He then talks about the greatest hockey game ever played and how he stared in the lead role.

He tells the story on why he wears #25, they go on to talk about scoring The Stanley Cup game clinching goal and his great celebration that followed. He then gives an update on his good friend Vladdy Konstantinov who was injured in the limo crash after the Stanley Cup win.

He talks bout his CBD and cannabis business and how him and his friend Scott Parker have a comic book. He tells a great story about Tommy Chong and how he got him to quit smoking cigarettes .
