Colliers welcomes Patsy Fretwell as Research Director in Houston

HOUSTON - March 22, 2023 - PRLog -- Colliers is pleased to announce Patsy Fretwell has joined the team as its new Research Director in Houston.

With more than 40 years of communications, research and statistical analysis experience in the commercial real estate industry, Patsy brings a wealth of knowledge to her new role. She has a deep understanding of how to capture real estate data, analyze market trends and provide meaningful data-driven insights to assist clients in finding solutions to meet their real estate needs.

She will oversee the research team, provide market intelligence and analysis, as well as helping clients make informed real estate decisions. She will produce annual and quarterly market-area reports and custom reports for client presentations while utilizing commercial real estate tools and databases.
