Michael Ahrnsbrak, PGA, Joins Up to Par Management as Director of Business Development

LEXINGTON, Va. - March 13, 2023 - PRLog -- Up to Par Management, a leading hospitality management company, is pleased to announce that Michael Ahrnsbrak, PGA, has joined the company as Director of Business Development. Ahrnsbrak brings over 40 years of experience in the golf industry, including successful management roles at private, resort, and daily fee clubs,  to the role.

As Director of Business Development, Ahrnsbrak will be responsible for expanding Up to Par Management's golf division, which currently includes 14 properties across the country. He will work closely with Up to Par Management's executive team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.

Ahrnsbrak comes to Up to Par Management from The Pine Valley Country Club in Wilmington, North Carolina, where he served as General Manager for the past five years. During his tenure, he oversaw a team of 90 employees and helped the club develop and implement a strategic plan.  Under his leadership, the club completed a $2.6 million clubhouse renovation, increased full member equivalents by 26%, and increased initiation fees by 400%, all during the Covid pandemic.
